The work requires that the work should focus on graphene and regional characteristics, highlight the new material industry elements such as graphene in Yanshan area, accurately reflect Fangshan District and Yanshan area's efforts to build a high-tech industry growth pole, and the work should have clear meaning, embody the spirit of scientific and technological innovation, be novel in conception, simple and generous, profound in meaning, full of aesthetic feeling and sense of the times, and be suitable for the production and application of various activities and publicity materials of the conference.
The work must be original and not published in any form, without copyright and copyright disputes. If the work involves infringement disputes, all the consequences and legal responsibilities caused by it shall be borne by the author and have nothing to do with the organizer; Once the copyright dispute is discovered, the organizer will cancel its qualification and relevant awards.
Instructions for submission There is no limit to the number of works submitted. Each work must first provide an electronic version of the manuscript, including the logo pattern (the resolution of the rendering is not less than 500dpi, and the format is JPG), and the design ideas, concepts and explanations of about 300 words. After the works are selected, design source files (AI\CDR\PS) and related materials shall be provided as required by the organizer.
Submission should provide relevant materials according to the design requirements of the works, and send the works, design ideas and concept descriptions to the submission mailbox, in which the email is titled "Registration for the Logo of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Graphene Conference", and the author's name and contact telephone number are indicated.

Selection method and award setting selection method: the organizer will organize relevant experts to select the works to be applied for, select three finalists, and finally determine one of the selected works. The selection results will be announced to the public on October 9, 2019.
Award setting: award 2,000 yuan to the selected works and issue honorary certificates; The other two short-listed works will be awarded RMB 800 yuan and honorary certificate respectively. Relevant taxes and fees shall be borne by the winners.
Other matters All rights under the copyright of the winning works belong to the organizer, who owns the complete copyright of the works.
No matter whether the application works are awarded or not, they will not be returned, and the authors are requested to keep their own papers.
All expenses arising from the applicant's participation in this application shall be borne by himself.
